Luistergroepen (Listening Groups) offer a welcoming and supportive space where people can share their experiences, listen to one another without judgement, and build meaningful connections. The groups are not therapy, but a place where participants learn from each other's life experiences, gain new perspectives, and feel less alone. Originating in Brazil, the method combines conversation with movement, music, and a warm, informal atmosphere.

Participation is always voluntary — you are free to share your story or simply listen. Together, participants choose the topics that matter most at that moment, to explore and share more about. This way we create a space based on equality, respect, and mutual support.

Luistergroepen (Listening Groups) are open to everyone, whether you are looking for true connection, broadening your horizon with new people and perspectives, or waiting for professional support, or seeking a supportive environment of people after treatment.

While there are currently no English-speaking Listening Groups, English speakers are welcome if they bring someone to translate. You can also contact us in advance to see if we can arrange someone to translate for you. We also welcome people interested in becoming an English-speaking facilitator.

If you have any questions, please contact us!
